Where's Mikey?

Whenever we can't find Mikey and he's been silent for a while, this is where we find him lately. In daddy's closet, cuddling with his shoes.

From Pumpkin to Park

Andrea and I wanted to take our kids to our pumpkin patch. We got there and it wasn't much better than this.....

So...we went to the park instead. Mikey has so much energy and is such a boy. He didn't sit still for a second so these were the best pictures I could get.

This kid wouldn't stop following Mikey around...Mikey was undecided about whether he liked it or not. He liked playing with the big kids though.

When Mikey did sit still, he rolled in the dirt and threw it all over himself. Like I said, such a boy. It was a fun day.

Old Friends

Michael had to work down below last weekend and my friend, Nicole, was visiting from Ohio, so Mikey and I went with him to visit her while Michael was working. It was really good to see her and her family. It was nice of them to let me tag along on their family time. Her sister Sierra had her baby boy on Sunday! Congrats!

This is Mikey and Adeline. They are a couple months apart. They were so cute together. They played really well and Adeline even fed Mikey his hotdog.

This was the best picture we could get of the three kids together. Adeline, Mikey and JoJo, who is two. They were either wandering or crying or distracted. Mikey pushed this pink stroller around the whole time. He didn't want to leave it behind.

Sixteen Months

How do they get to look so big so fast?

Apollo Park

There is a park nearby that had a duck pond and playgrounds. We went with my sister and her family and Mikey had a lot of fun. Maybe too much. He didn't care that we were even there. He was running away constantly. I didn't take too many pictures, but here's a couple. He loved the duck and spending time with his daddy! Usually he just pretends to talk to his daddy while he's at work. Weekends are fun.

First Pet

We took the plunge and spent a dollar fifty on Mikey's first pet : ) He loves fish and asks to see them, and our aquarium screen saver, all day long. We love it.

Carter Moroni McWhorter

My sister-in-law had her baby on September 23rd. He is so cute and is holding me over until we have another baby ourselves. Congrats, McWhorters!

My Wonderful Son

Mikey keeps pulling out my in-laws Shania Twain DVD and saying mama. Though I'm flattered, I don't really see the resemblance.
