I can't leave out Mikey from my posts today. He is also growing up every day.

Here's a couple recent videos. He loves to sing Happy Birthday and do somersaults. They aren't graceful, but he's proud.

He has also been wearing underwear today with no accidents. We'll see how long this lasts.

We put bark around our house and in this front area. Now if I could only keep flowers alive in the middle circles...6 dead plants later, I'm afraid to try again for a while.

Loving Life

Life has been pretty good lately. We've been really tired but really happy.

Riley gets smilier everyday. He really is such a good baby. We're just working on that sleep thing....

Mikey is as lively as ever. Always playing and learning new things.

My sister, Andrea, had her baby boy, Bryce, about a week ago. I wanted her to post first or I would've posted sooner. He is handsome with a lot of hair. You can't tell he's a newborn.

Riley looks like a giant baby now.

My mom was here for a few weeks before the baby came helping out and keeping company. It was really nice. Mikey loved having another set of grandparents around.

Weblessed Riley yesterday before my parents went back to Utah. It was nice to spend the day with family and the blessing was beautiful.

Finally finished the nursery after a four month hiatus...next post will have pictures.

Busy August

August has only begun and it's already busy. There is only more craziness to come.

First, a few cute pics of my boys

We went to Utah for my brother's wedding. They are so cute together and it was nice to finally meet her! I didn't take as many pictures as I would've liked because things were so busy, but I got a few good ones.

Alyssa is amazing with my kids and it was nice to get a break...she was worn out when we left, though

We spent the whole wedding day chasing Mikey around. He refused to join the party. He's a little anti-social sometimes.

A couple days before the wedding it worked out that Michael was able to get together with his mission president and mission friends. It was a fun night.

It was nice to get to see grandparents. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of my Duncan grandparents. I wish I would've though because Riley doesn't smile for anyone like he does for my grandma.

I missed my grandma Turley's funeral because I had just had Riley, so we went to see her grave. I missed her a lot over the weekend.

It was a nice trip and good to see family. Congrats Craig and Amanda!

Growing Up

We've been doing a lot of growing up around here lately. Sorry for the lack of posting. Here are some random pictures in no particular order.

Riley is getting to be quite the chunk. He was 11 pounds 6 ounces and 23.5 inches long at his two month.

Riley is my serious child. He doesn't smile too often. He is smiling in this picture and it's the only one I have of him doing so. I know his hand is in the way, but his eyes say it all.

Mikey and his other best friend Lizzie. They never stop being cute.

Michael turned 25 last week. I would say he's getting old, but I'm older than him and can't bring myself to admit that about myself yet.

This is the brownie/snicker trifle I made him. It was delicious!

This is video of Mikey being his usual silly self. Lately he has been walking around saying "Shake your booty". He says he learned it from Mickey Mouse, but I have my doubts....
